Returns, refunds and the guarantee

The 100-day home trial

Cook on your Clearstone pan for up to 100 days from the day it arrives. If it is not the best pan you have owned, send it back for a full refund — used, washed, cooked-on, it does not matter. We pay the return postage.

To start a return: email us via the contact page with the name the order was placed under. We send a prepaid return label; your refund is issued to the original payment method within 14 days of the pan reaching us, as required by law.

The 25-year guarantee

For 25 years from the day your order arrives, if any Clearstone pan wears out, warps, pits or otherwise stops performing as it should in normal home cooking, we will replace it free.

Claiming: email a photo of the pan to us, with the name the order was placed under. That is the entire process — no receipt required, no “improper care” exclusions, no charge for the replacement or its delivery.

What it doesn't cover: lost pans, cosmetic marks that don't affect cooking, and commercial kitchen use.

Your legal rights

Everything above is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 — including the right to reject faulty goods — never instead of them.
