Terms of service

These terms govern purchases from the Clearstone Cookware online store. Placing an order means you accept them. Nothing in them limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Orders and contract

Your order is an offer to buy; the contract forms when we email dispatch confirmation. We may decline an order (for example, a delivery address we cannot serve) and will refund immediately in full if so.

Prices

All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT. The price at checkout is the price you pay; UK delivery is free. If a pricing error is obvious and unmistakable, we may cancel and refund the order.

Delivery, returns and guarantee

Covered in full by the delivery policy and the returns policy, which form part of these terms. The 100-day trial and the 25-year guarantee are contractual promises, in addition to your legal rights.

Product information

We describe our products plainly and specifically — materials, weights, dimensions, compatibility. If anything on the site turns out to be inaccurate, your remedies under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply and we will honour them without argument.

Liability

We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms or our negligence. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else the law does not allow us to exclude.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales — or your local UK courts where consumer law provides for it.
